Promote best practices of application and use of Information and Communication Technologies (ICTs) in Pediatrics, to provide better medical care, greater scientific research and appropriate administration of health resources by pediatricians.

• Promote an adequate application and use of Information and Communication Technologies (ICTs) in pediatric activity, in order to help provide better medical care, greater scientific research and adequate administration of health resources by pediatricians.
• Raise awareness in pediatricians and the healthcare team about the importance of ICTs in terms of improving the quality and efficiency of pediatric care.
• Cooperate with other institutions at the local, national and regional level in the definition of standards for the development of computer applications of interest for the care and promotion of the health of the pediatric population.
• Provide training and resources about the safe use of ICTs and the implementation of information systems.
